Beware of scam!!!

Internet fraud refers to the use of Internet services or software with Internet access to defraud victims or to otherwise take advantage of them, for example by providing fraudulent information about Postal Orders and stealing personal information, which can even lead to identity theft. A very common form of Internet fraud is the distribution of rogue security software. Internet services can be used to present fraudulent solicitations to prospective victims, to conduct fraudulent transactions, or to transmit the proceeds of fraud to financial institutions or to others connected with the scheme.
Internet fraud can occur in chat rooms, email, message boards, or on websites. One such fraud which is presently underway is being intentionally sponsored by the United States Postal Service through it's webpage located at https://www.usps.com/shop/money-orders.htm
Once the US Postal Inspector decided not to remove the US Postal Website addressing Postal Orders (domestic AND international) claiming they were always valid and internationally negotiable, apparently for the purpose of defrauding consumers into the purchase of these US Government instruments which are non-negotiable outside of the United States. The best advice is to avoid money orders and use electronic transfers in place of money orders, which may or may not have value outside the issuing country.
